Come join us! Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) will provide a roadmap of the facility clearance process, provide small business specific tips and guidance to prepare small businesses for entry into the cleared defense marketplace.

Adriane Johns
Adriane Johns is Chief of the Facility Clearance Branch at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency, appointed in June 2017. In this capacity, Adriane manages a team of 15 security and staff specialists assigned to oversee the facility clearance process for the Department of Defense. Prior to this, she worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist in the Industrial Security Field Operations Directorate where she managed multiple programs and projects; and as an Industrial Security Representative in the Phoenix, Arizona Field Office. Adriane has a diverse background in security management.
Liz Mudd
In this role, Ms. Mudd provides leadership for DCSA’s small business mission, including advocacy and outreach for all small business programs, establishment of policy and guidance and subject matter expertise that supports the achievement of overall program goals. Ms. Mudd promotes small business utilization to strengthen the industrial base that fulfills DCSA’s mission of blending critical technology protection, trusted personnel vetting, counterintelligence, and professional education and certification to advance and preserve America’s strategic edge. Uniquely to this role, Ms. Mudd provides small business specific training and resources on mission functions to include the Facility Clearance process.
