Los Angeles County, in partnership with National Development Council (NDC), developed the Los Angeles County Small Business Rent Relief grant for small businesses in the unincorporated area of Los Angeles County. This program funded by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 and with NDC being a subrecipient, shall assist qualified small businesses with grants of up to $40,000 who have been unable to pay rent due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
